I think that until your child is sleeping through the night, you will not be getting 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep! To catch up on sleep, try napping when the baby naps (during the day.) When you are breastfeeding at night, try focusing on your breath or meditating so that you enter a state of deeper relaxation (which is the next best thing to sleep.)

What is your sleeping with a child (baby) who breastfeeds and/or cries all through the night....I would love 6 hrs of uninterrupted sleep.
