Any change in bowel movements warrants a trip to your medical or naturopathic doctor. It may mean you are having trouble digesting and absorbing some minerals/nutrients.

The old plastic #7 made with bisphenol-A is very harmful. The newer plastics labeled #7 are bio-based and safer, although at this time there is no way to tell the ingredients, so I would stay away from #7 altogether. Thanks for catching that. I would opt for glass or stainless steel. I hope this helps!

Thanks for reading! It’s difficult for me to offer too many suggestions without talking to your wife, doing an examination, and looking at any lab results. I am always wary when the medical profession wants to eliminate an organ: we have all of our organs for a reason! Taking out the thyroid will eventually impact the adrenals and ovaries. I think it is more important to look at why the thyroid is under-functioning and causing cysts to grow. My advice would be to consult a naturopath in your area for a second opinion. If you let me know where you live, I can recommend someone.

The number is usually found inside of the triangle, and if it is not there, it is the number just outside the triangle.
